Lower Penhallow lies on the Roseland Peninsula, just a mile from Pendower Beach on the south west coast of Cornwall. It is a working farm in rolling countryside, with green fields and lush hedgerows round about it.

The self catering accommodation consists of two cottages and garden, which offer the visitor a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Each self catering cottage is well equipped and offers free wireless broadband internet access and a woodburning stove.

The self-catering cottage accommodation are centrally located making it a convenient base for exploring the Roseland Peninsula and other parts of Cornwall and it's attractions including its many beautiful castles, gardens and the world famous Eden Project. Visitors have been coming here for twenty years for self catering holidays, and many return to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Cornish Countryside, located roughly half way between Land's End and the Devon border.

The idylic Roseland Peninsula is an excellent location for a peaceful holiday in Cornwall. There are miles of superb sandy beaches with Pendower and Carne being our nearest within walking distance (1mile). Porthcurnick,  the home of the Hidden Hut as recommended by Caroline Quentin on ITV and Summer's beach at the picturesque harbour village of St Mawes are just a short drive away. There is a  variety of beautiful gardens and historic buildings just a stones throw away, including the famous waterside St Just in Roseland Church with it's sub-tropical gardens, Caerhays Estate, Tregothnan Estate and Trelissick Gardens just over the King Harry Ferry, or the smaller Poppy Cottage Garden at Ruan High Lanes or Lamorran House Gardens at St Mawes. St Mawes Castle built by Henry VIII and the Veryan Roundhouses are a must see.

The Carrick Roads and river Fal which host some of the finest sailing waters in Britain are easily accessed from the farm providing visitors with watersports activities and fishing. The area has superb coastal and inland footpaths for walkers which provide an ideal opportunity for birdwatching and to observe our abundant and varied wildlife, tucked away from visitor hotspots elsewhere.
