Autumn News

The year rolls on and we have enjoyed a bright and sunny September and October. We visited Cornwall's Food Festival in Truro and the Oyster Festival in Falmouth where we enjoyed some very tasty treats and sampled many local brews.

Most of our visitors have been taking advantage of the weather, enjoying the quieter season, many doing serious walking and for some just taking a relaxing stroll through the countryside or down to the beach.

We have made a start on preparing some winter warmers by collecting sloes and rosehips which have made some very promising looking sloe gin and rosehip vodka. I've even had a go at making some chutney this year!
